Your family's information stays yours
A plain-language summary of what Gamebound keeps and who can see it.
Locked to your account
Your athlete profile, schedules, meal picks and checklists are stored against your sign-in only. Nobody else — no other parent, coach or team — can open them.
Never sold or shared
We don't sell your family's information or hand it to advertisers. Rink, hotel and restaurant suggestions come from Google Maps. We send Google only the place or area being searched, never your athlete's details.
Protected sign-in
Sign in with an email and password or with Google. Your password is never stored by Gamebound, and you can sign out of a shared device at any time.
Delete it whenever you want
Delete everything saved to your account from Profile. Removal is immediate and cannot be undone.
What we save
- Athlete name, age, sport and dietary needs
- Travel defaults: travelers, home city and trip budget
- Tournament schedules you add, plus restaurant picks and checklist progress
Manage or remove all of it from your profile.
